RAW FOOD RESET - 21 Day Raw Cleanse Meal Plan - WEEK 1 / DAY 2    

Po stoti put negdje sam morala poceti, kcer mi je predlozila ovaj program i krenule smo odmah (uglavnom ja, ona kampanjski) :) Cilj je bio jesti drugacije i pritom narafski voljeti sto jedemo. Dakako da je bilo dana kada mi nije bas sve bilo po volji, no svejedno moram reci da sam prva dva kruga odradila bas po propisu te u isto vrijeme izgubila i dobar broj kilograma. Trudim se rcp za sokice ispostivati jer apsolutno ne zelim trpati samo voce (secer), zelim da moj sokic i smoothie imaju i povrca u sebi. U salatama sam oduvijek uzivala, a trenutno sam starim dobrim salatama pridodala i neke nove. Jedem voce i cijelo i narezano (ne samo smuckano ili ocijedjeno). Isto tako jedem i kuhano povrce, no istodobno bez problema uzivam u sirovom sto mi je do nedavno bilo nezamislivo :)

Sastojci

1/ Water With Lemon (every morning)
1lt water
1/2 - 1 lemon juice
2/ Healthy Skin (juice)
1/2 cucumber
1 carrot
1 rib celery
1 handful parsley
1 inch piece ginger
1/2 lemon (peeled)
3/ Pear Detox (smoothie)
3 celery stalks
2 pears
1 handful coriander
1-2 cups water
4/ Fruit Meal (every day)
2-3 servings oranges, apples, bananas, grapes, mangoes, berries
5/ LUNCH - Abundant Garden Salad (Meal)
1 fresh grated beet
1 grated carrot
1/2 avocado (diced)
1/2 cup pea or sunflower sprouts
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
1/8 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
1/2 large head of red or green leaf lettuce
+ SWEET GINGER TAHINI DRESSING
1/2 cup tahini, 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 date, piece of ginger
6/ Blueberry Hempster (optional smoothie)
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds
1 scoop hemp protein
1-2 cups almond milk or water
7/ DINNER - Broccoli Mango Salad
1 ripe mango (diced)
1 ripe avocado (diced)
1 head of broccoli (chopped)
3 dates (chopped) or 2 tbsp raisins
8/ Water and Tea (every night 2-3 hrs before bed)
small glass of water
herbal tea in hot water (caffeine free)
no sugar (if must - use organic honey)

Priprema

1.

1/ Water with Lemon (1st thing - every morning)

  • Squeeze 1/2 - 1 lemon into your water and drink upon rising. 
  • Try to have this at least 30 minutes before your first meal.
2.

2/ Healthy Skin (juice)

Wash you veggies, peel your lemon and run all through a juicer.

3/ Pear Detox (smoothie)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

4.

4/ Fruit Meal (every day)

If you are sensitive to sugar, choose low sugar fruits like berries, cherries and pair them with a samll handul of nuts and/or seeds.

5.

5/ Abundant Garden Salad (lunch)

Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.

PLACE all salad ingredients in a bowl and add 2-3 tbsp of dressing. Toss and enjoy.

6.

6/ Blueberry Hempster (optional smoothie)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

7.

7/ Broccoli Mango Salad (dinner)

Cube or slice mango and avocado, finely chop broccoli into small pieces, remove pit and slice the medjool date.

Mix together in a bowl and enjoy.

8.

8/ Water and Tea (every night, 2-3 hours before bed)

Have a small glass of water and make some tea. You can select an herbal (caffeine free) tea from herbal shops. No dairy of sugar should be added to your tea.

If you must add something, a little bit of raw honey or some almond milk is OK, but it is best if you just have the herbal tea in hot water

Sveukupno sam bila na ovom programu 9 tjedana.

Prva Runda - 3 tjedna bez odstupanja.

Pauza od par dana

Druga Runda - 3 tjedna uz vrlo male takoreci neznatne modifikacije u trecem tjednu.

Pauza tjedan dana.

Treca Runda - 3 tjedna uz dosta odstupanja, takodjer u trecem tjednu, ali sve u sklopu programa (i pod kontrolom).

Sada uzivam u kombinacijama koje sam od programa usvojila, a i mnogima koje sam sebi prilagodila/ iskombinirala :)
