1/ Water with Lemon (1st thing - every morning)
- Squeeze 1/2 - 1 lemon into your water and drink upon rising.
- Try to have this at least 30 minutes before your first meal.
2/ Blood Purifier (juice)
De-steem your kale, wash all veggies, peel lemon and run through a juicer.
3/ Green Apple Ginger (smoothie)
Core your apple, blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and enjoy
4/ Fruit Meal (every day)
If you are sensitive to sugar, choose low sugar fruits like berries, cherries and pair them with a samll handul of nuts and/or seeds.
5/ Waldorf Caesar Salad (lunch)
Chop your apple and dates. Mix up chopped lettuce and romaine dressing (see rcp Week 1 - Day 1 #5 Lunch)
Combine your apple, dates, dressed romaine and pepper/nutriotional yeast. Toss and enjoy!
6/ Strawberry Hempster (optional smoothie)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
7/ Savoury Avocado Wraps (dinner)
Combine Miso Sauce ingredients in a bowl, mixing with a spoon until combined.
Shred hyour beets and carrots, cube avocado.
Place the filling in your chosen wrap (romaine leaves, butter lettuce, chinese cabbage, radicchio leaves), drizzle with sauce and enjoy.
8/ Water and Tea (every night, 2-3 hours before bed)
Have a small glass of water and make some tea. You can select an herbal (caffeine free) tea from herbal shops. No dairy of sugar should be added to your tea.
If you must add something, a little bit of raw honey or some almond milk is OK, but it is best if you just have the herbal tea in hot water.

Druga Runda - 3 tjedna uz vrlo male takoreci neznatne modifikacije u trecem tjednu.
Pauza tjedan dana.
Treca Runda - 3 tjedna uz dosta odstupanja, takodjer u trecem tjednu, ali sve u sklopu programa (i pod kontrolom).
Sada uzivam u kombinacijama koje sam od programa usvojila, a i mnogima koje sam sebi prilagodila/ iskombinirala :)
